The 1/4” thickness is much more rigid than 1/8” or 1/16” thickness and is meant for a substrate with little shape.

Item dies what it needs to do perfectly, only issue i have is there was hair all over the product and under the tape before install. I had to blow them all off to get what was on top but cant do anything about the hair that is under the tape.
